We use the contact details you provide to answer your inquiry about Briolight. This website has no registration or personal accounts.
Who handles your data

What data we receive
When you submit the form, we receive your name, email or phone number, and any organization name and comments you provide. If you email us, we receive your address and the information in your message.
How we use it
To answer your inquiry, discuss a potential project and continue correspondence you initiate. Do not enter patient medical data or other sensitive information in the form.
Transmission and retention
Form messages reach our authorized team through Telegram Bot API. Emails are handled through our email service. We retain inquiries for as long as necessary to answer, communicate further and meet applicable obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Technical protection
To operate and protect the form, the site may set a temporary session cookie and process technical request data. Rate limiting uses a protected hash of the IP address. External services, including YouTube, may process data under their own policies when you open their content.
Website analytics
Google Analytics loads only with your consent. You may decline analytics or change your choice. Without consent, the analytics code does not load.
Your requests
You may ask what data we process about you, request corrections or request deletion where no basis for retention remains. Contact us at med@briolight.ua. We will handle your request under Ukrainian law.
